These easy to follow workouts and yoga flows project straight onto a screen or wall from your computer, allowing you the freedom to assist and provide feedback to students. Choose 5-10 minute class warm-ups or cool downs or full 20-30 minute videos that include static and dynamic stretches, resistance exercises, and cardiovascular movements or yoga flows.
